Asata Maisé strives to provide unparalleled customer service. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please submit a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your purchase. Please include the reason for return and photos of any defects. There must be no signs of wear and all packaging must be in tact. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a shipping label. *Please note that handmade items/deadstock materials may display signs of previous wear such as fading and slight imperfections.
A bespoke garment is a commitment for both the designer and client. Custom requests may or may not be accepted at the designer's discretion. There will be one request intake per month. Any accepted requests will be put on a waitlist and started in the order it is received. Once a request has been accepted, terms will be discussed with the client. If agreed, the client is then expected to make a security deposit to secure their commissioned piece. The deposit will be used for fabric, pattern making, and all notions. The deposit is non refundable. Throughout the garment making process, physical fittings may be necessary for more intricate items. Once the garment is complete and both parties satisfied, the remaining payment is due before the garment is shipped/delivered.
